Vishal Fatnani has been in the hospitality business in Goa for the last decade, with his repertoire spanning pubs, clubs and restaurants. Having done a course at Cordon Bleu and a bartending course in London, he now co-owns and operates a thriving chain of pubs called Cocktails & Dreams, strategically located in Baga, Palolem and Anjuna. These venues are always packed to full capacity on any given night and are a platform for some of the best DJs in the state and beyond to showcase their work. A recent venture, ‘Club Republik’ is already a massive success and is one of the biggest clubs in Morjim. Apart from hospitality, Vishal is a manufacturer for office chairs and a importer of luxury furniture. Now, with Casa Playa, Vishal looks to capture Vagator with a combination of great food, music and beautiful sunsets.

Vashu Parwani is an entrepreneur and investor, with a vision of building a portfolio that comprises of diverse businesses.He is the proprietor of four manufacturing facilities across India, that have been supplying metal parts to the furniture industry for the last 35 years. Pursuing his interests across all industries, this is his first venture in the hospitality business.

Fuelled by his sincere passion for nature, he aims to purchase land in different parts of India and use this investment to explore the countless business opportunities in the farming sector.

With the experience she gleaned while practicing law and later as an HR manager in the hospitality industry for four years, Rasika Palekar went on to start her first restaurant, Nero, Lazy River Grill. It was later moved to Porvorim and is now highly popular under its new name, Barcode Lounge and Grill. Rasika is a first generation restaurateur who manages the kitchen of the famous pub, Cocktails & Dreams, located in Baga. Drawing inspiration from the cuisines of the world, she has partnered up with Casa Playa to offer guests a top-notch gourmet dining experience.
